Delivery and returns

If you are not satisfied with the delivered jewelry, you can return it to us within 30 days. It is also possible to exchange the delivered jewelry for another product, size or color. Any additional or lower costs will be settled by us.

You have 30 days to exchange an item for a different color, size or jewelry.

Return an item?
1. Pack the item in the packaging we sent it to you in.
2. Fill in the return form and put it in the package.
3. Cut out the address from the return form and paste it on the packaging, paste it over your address.
4. Take the package to a shipping point.

All our jewelry is handmade and shipped within 2-5 business days. Keep in mind that a shipment can sometimes take a few days after it has been picked up in our Atelier before it is delivered. track your shipment yourself via the DHL link that you received by email.

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. As soon as the package leaves the door, you will receive an email from us with a link with which you can track the package. Orders up to €300.00 are shipped with DHL. For security reasons, we ship orders with a higher value with Mikropakket.

If we have received your return within 30 days, we will refund your return in full. If it is an exchange, we will refund the difference. Refunds are made in the same way as paid in the order. It can take a few days before the amount is actually in your account.

We do not reimburse shipping costs incurred to return an order. We advise you to return the purchase with a track & trace code.

We only take back unworn jewelry in the original packaging. Custom orders cannot be traded or exchanged. This also applies to engraved or otherwise personalized jewelry.

Any taxes levied by or through the forwarder (DHL, PostNL, etc.) are levied by the customer. Charlotte Wooning is not responsible for any actions taken by customs after sending an order.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to an error in the address provided. We use the address specified in the order. If something is incorrect in the given address, please let us know as soon as possible.
