What are the payment options?
We accept the following payment methods:

How do I check the status of my order and shipment?
Go to my account and enter your username and password. You can always email us about the status of your order. When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a link to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
yes! we ship worldwide! However, there are some locations we cannot transmit to. If we cannot ship to your location, we will of course let you know immediately.
How do you ship packages?
Packages are sent from our studio in Rotterdam with different shipping companies, this depends a bit on your location.
We mainly ship with DHL within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We ship 14 kt jewelry insured with Mikropakket.
Do you provide information about a shipment?
When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with a link to track your package.
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs differ per address. You can see at checkout what shipping to your address will cost. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5. Do you live near Rotterdam? Then you can also choose to pick up your package at our store, there are no costs involved.
How long does a shipment take?
This of course depends on the location, the shipping itself, within NL takes 1-2 working days.
Shipping within Europe takes 5-7 working days. Worldwide shipping takes 7-10 business days.
Can I pay with a bank transfer?
Yes. Contact us with which products you wish to receive and we will send you a link for payment. Once paid, we will ship your order and send you a link to track your package.
Can I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled within 14 days. If you have already received the order, you can return it within 30 days.
If we receive an order returned here, we will refund the amount in the way it was transferred in the order.
Can I change an order that I have already placed?
You can always email us to change an order and we will make this right for you.
I would like to order a product that is not in stock, how do I know when it will be back in stock?
Feel free to contact us and we will inform you when a product is back in stock.
There is a product I would like to have but I don't see it on your site!
It may be that a product is from the collection. Feel free to contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
My product arrived damaged?
Contact us right away. Please include photos of the damaged jewelry or package so we can best assist you.
I received a message that my package has been sent, but I still have not received anything.
Contact us, we can ask DHL where your package is.
